Koko is a 12 year old Congo African Grey parrot. He has resided in the office since 2014 when he was displaced by Ms. Cores’ move. Greys can live for 40-60 years in captivity, so Koko is still a baby. He assists with answering phones, entertaining children, and calming clients. As a member of the smartest breeds of parrots he not only speaks, but speaks in context. Greys have been shown to perform at the cognitive level of a 4-6 year old child. Koko is generally in the office with Ms. Cores as he is happiest when he can see her.
