Bob passed on a few years ago and he is very missed. He was a 5 year old Black Headed Caique. Not known for their intelligence, Caiques rarely learn to mimic human words. Bob’s vocabulary was limited to “Hello Bob.” However, the breed is known for being mischievous and Bob was no stranger to mayhem. Bob was often in “bird prison” for screeching and generally being noisy. Koko often had to yell at him to “Shut up,” as well. Bob might’ve been noisy but he was affectionate and spent most of his days laughing at himself and others.
